A summer with cricket in it

Cricket season gives the summer a shape that has very little to do with my work calendar. I appreciate that more after a week spent thinking about software.

There's a lot happening around agentic AI at work, and it's easy to carry on thinking about it after I've stopped for the day. What else could I give an agent? Was that review thorough enough? Would a different approach have been quicker?

Cricket gives me something else to pay attention to. I've written plenty of posts trying to connect sport to work, but that's not what I look forward to about the summer. I just want some cricket in it.
