Remote Leadership in a Suddenly Remote World

Suddenly working remotely has exposed how much information used to travel by proximity. Decisions made in a quick chat now need somewhere for the rest of the team to find them.

I'm trying to write down the outcome and the reason without turning every conversation into minutes. People also need room for ordinary conversation. More scheduled calls aren't automatically the answer, especially when home is trying to serve several purposes at once.
